We can facilitate the opening of a bank account for your business in Delaware. This is just one more step to help you maintain a fully established Delaware corporation. For a one-time fee of $5500 we will do the leg work required to open the account, IN DELAWARE, for you. This fee is all-inclusive for filing a corporation, opening the bank account, acquisition of Federal Tax ID number, ordering your first set of bank checks, and includes a $50 credit in your new bank account.

This service is available to new customers only, as they incorporate in Delaware and list us as their Registered Agent. This service IS available to our non-US Citizen customers as long as we comply with all the identification and background checks required by the US Patriot Act (two government issued IDs including a current passport). All customers are subject to background check against the OFAC list.
